The system is designed to help you create support tickets on any form of support you require. The support ticket will allow our support team to streamline your communication to a single ticket all within an organized workflow hence making sure you always get the support you require.


The tickets can be created with the process shown below

  1. Login to your dashboard.
  2. Click on the support ticket icon located on the dash board 
  3. Click on "Open new support ticket" and create a ticket.
